3.  Distribute through lengths and ends using fingers. Focus on mid-shaft to ends — the oldest, most depleted sections. Avoid scalp and roots.

4.  Do not rinse. For daytime frizz control, a small amount can also be applied to lengths at any time as a smoothing aid.
