Returns and Refunds
What is the exchange policy?
Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. However, in case there is a manufacturing defect, then the product will be replaced. Please contact us on hello@icosmetiques.com. within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
All products shown on icosmetiques.com are in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you goes out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 48 hours and a refund will be processed immediately.
When and how will I get my refund in case of product return?
Refunds are credited to the same payment instrument which was used at the time of making the order payment. Once iCosmétiques has processed the refund, you will receive an SMS intimation about it. The refund is generally credited within 7-10 days. iCosmétiques does not have influence on the timelines as it is processed by the third-party payment gateway.
What is the maximum quantity and amount that I can order?
The total number of items in a single order is limited to 10 products for delivery and payment security reasons.
Can I use foreign credit cards?
Yes. We accept most international credit cards. You can confirm this on the payments page before going ahead with the payment.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
